Attorney Loc Pham came to Silberman & Lam, LLP with extensive litigation experience as a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation. He has a reputation at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of being an aggressive litigator and an advocator for workers’ rights.
Mr. Pham also has experience working both with personal injury and family law cases. While his litigation now focuses on Workers’ Compensation, his background helps to assist our clients when they have overlapping issues with workers’ compensation.
Attorney Pham also is fluent in Vietnamese and speaks conversational Spanish. In addition to Vietnamese and Spanish, we have office staff that speak Chinese, Korean, Polish and Cambodian to assist our clients who speak these languages.
Mr. Pham graduated with an undergraduate degree from UCLA in Political Science and Sociology and obtained his Law Degree from Chapman University School of Law.
